Our famous hog roasts have been a favourite at Edinburgh Farmers Market since 2001.

Oink in Victoria Street specialise in delicious Scottish hog roasts and offer a very different food concept for the capital. This is the brainchild of two Scottish Borders farmers who wanted to bring their quality natural product to the city.

When their stall at the Edinburgh Farmers Market became a runaway success they decided to open their first shop here in the Grassmarket. Not only is the hog roast really tasty but it is from pigs which are reared on the owners’ farm in Berwickshire and are fed only natural, local foodstuffs. As a result the meat is very high quality and offers customers a true quality product they can trust and a superior taste that they will love.
