French Connection

THE FRENCH CONNECTION Crêperie has been operating in the Grassmarket since 1994. We provide quality food for a large customer base; Crêpes (sweet French pancakes) with an astonishing number of gorgeous fillings from Sugar and Lemon to Flambéed Grand Marnier (not forgetting Banana and Chocolate!) to name only a few of them... Galettes, the savoury version made with buckwheat flour are a wonderful healthy option and also can be suitable for vegetarians and again are served with some very interesting fillings and we make them right in front of you. Hot dogs are also on the menu with grilled onion and melted cheese, the best you will find in town.

The distinctive vans are situated in the West end of the Grassmarket and feature every Sunday at Stockbridge Farmers and Craft Market ( see www.stockbridgemarket.com for details). You can chose different fillings for your crêpes, you can watch your meal being made for you, and then enjoy the meal al fresco in the middle of the beautiful city.
