Beehive Inn
Situated in the historic heart of Edinburgh, The Beehive sits in the shadow of The Castle and boasts a history going back around 400 years. With a drinks license thought to have existed since it was a 16th Century coaching inn, the present building replaced The Beehive Hotel in the 1860's. It incorporates a main bar, a satellite bar (The Honeypot), a 100 seat dining room, a meeting room and one of the best gardens in the city centre. The Garden is one of the best kept secrets in Edinburgh and is situated to the rear of the building. The Meeting Room was often used by Prince Charles as a place to dine when he was based at Rosyth, but nowadays is better suited to catering for meetings of up to 20. The Dining Room open from midday, with fantastic views over The Grassmarket, is a great place to have a meal and relax. The whole pub (and The Garden) is a WiFi hotspot so you can combine business with pleasure anytime. Finally, we are one of the few pubs in the city centre that caters for families, from a special menu for the under 10's to a huge selection of soft drinks.
