Aqua Restaurant and Bar is a seafood restaurant complete with a chic Crustacea bar, set in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle. One of only a handful in Edinburgh, this new Crustacea Bar will see diners enjoying fresh, quality seafood in cool and stylish surroundings.
In the evening, diners can choose Crustacea dishes from the menu or select their own mix of oysters, north Atlantic shell-on prawns, pickled mussels, cockles and pickled herrings. There is also an Á La Carte and a Fixed Price menu.
A wide selection of champagne and wines ensures you have the perfect accompaniment to any dish. Monthly specials will provide the very best selection of fresh, seasonal catches; and non-seafood options are also available.
